What Can Counselling Help You With?
What Makes Us Unique?
Here at Curran Counselling and Consulting we share a common value as care providers. That is, we are “A whole lot of love, a little less BS”.
What does this mean?
Well, it means we have your back and we want to see you succeed. It also means, that we will gently push and hold you accountable to the life you want to led.
We believe therapy is a place where you get more than solely supportive listening and talking- yes, that is of course a big part of therapy. However, it is our clinical responsibility to offer you compassion mixed evidence-based interventions to get us there.
