EMDR Consultations for Certification

Welcome! I’m Sacha, a EMDR Certified Therapist and EMDR Consultant in Training (CIT). I offer EMDR consultation for therapists who have completed an EMDRIA approved EMDR basic training and are interested in ongoing consultation, certification and Consultant status.

I approach my work as a therapist from a holistic standpoint, taking into consideration how trauma and attachment affect the various clinical presentations we encounter. I primarily identify as an EMDR therapist, but utilize a multitude of modalities in my practice. I am trained in ERP, CBT, ACT, DBT Skills, IFS PARTs + EMDR and would be considered eclectic and client centered in my approach to treatment.

I have a special interest in working with trauma and complex trauma, OCD, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, phobias and adjustment to chronic and/or life limiting illness

I am an outside the box kind of therapist who balances my clinical “gut” with clinical knowledge base- I have found that its within this balance where the EMDR “magic” happens. I have a passion for this profession and truly enjoy mentoring/consulting. I love seeing therapists grow their skillset and taking it back to the therapy room where they help folks move through what is holding them back. I am a consultant that will challenge you to think from different angles, gently pushing you to step outside of your comfort zone and lean in to yourself and the wonderful world of EMDR.

Fees and Offerings

• Individual EMDR Consultation

  $100.00 per 1 hour.

  Option of in-person or virtual

  *Waitlist available for individual consultation. Please contact to reserve your spot.

• Group EMDR Consultation

  6-8 participants per 2 hours

  2-4 participants per 1 hour

  Cost of group consult is $60 per session

  *Group Consultation is held virtually on the last Thursday of every month at 9am AST. Please contact to reserve your spot.
